Terms and Conditions – 365pkt Online Betting & Casino Platform, Pakistan

These Terms govern your use of 365pkt, the online betting and gaming platform operated at 365pkt.app and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and linked products. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on 365pkt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

365pkt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, 365pkt will notify registered users by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of 365pkt following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the 365pkt Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 365pkt.

To register and use 365pkt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 365pkt does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, bet, or play.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or family member of an employee of 365pkt or any of its affiliated technology or payment service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

365pkt takes age verification seriously. At any point — particularly at withdrawal — 365pkt may request documentary proof of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

If 365pkt discovers that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all bets placed during the underage period will be declared void, any deposits made will be returned (minus any amounts already withdrawn), and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 365pkt account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on 365pkt, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You must not register using a false identity, a name other than your own, or details that belong to another person.

365pkt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to verify your identity at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point if 365pkt has reasonable grounds to review your account. Verification documents typically include:

• Identity Proof: Valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence
• Address Proof: Utility bill, bank statement, or other official document (not older than 3 months)
• Payment Verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank account used for deposits

Your 365pkt account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. 365pkt will never ask you for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support.

All transactions on 365pkt are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted or displayed on the platform. 365pkt does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside 365pkt's control.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods on 365pkt include:

• Easypaisa (wallet and OTC)
• JazzCash (wallet and OTC)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT / Online Bank Transfer
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card (issued by Pakistani banks)

The minimum deposit amount on 365pkt is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your 365pkt balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within standard banking times for IBFT transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed within 4 hours under normal circumstances, subject to verification requirements being met.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit on 365pkt and that is registered in your own name. 365pkt will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

365pkt reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or origin. Funds that are reasonably suspected to be connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities.

365pkt offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, valid games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this overall agreement.

General bonus rules that apply across all 365pkt promotions:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to pay processing fees.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they (or any winnings derived from them) can be withdrawn. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 of qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is available.
• 365pkt reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds if it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using bonus funds in excluded games, or coordinating with other players.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, 365pkt reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to it from the withdrawal.

365pkt may withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are offered at 365pkt's sole discretion and no player is entitled to any specific promotional offer.

365pkt offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, football, virtual sports, and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on 365pkt:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once accepted and confirmed by 365pkt's system. Bets placed during periods of technical error, incorrect odds publication, or system downtime may be voided at 365pkt's discretion.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of acceptance are binding. If odds change between selection and submission, the system will display the new odds for your confirmation.
• Minimum Stake: Rs 50 per selection on most markets. Individual markets may carry higher minimums which will be displayed at the time of betting.
• Void Bets: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or otherwise does not reach its natural conclusion as required for the relevant market to be settled, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Accumulators: If any leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Match Result Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. 365pkt is not responsible for settlements made on the basis of incorrect information provided by an authoritative third-party data source, though 365pkt will make every effort to correct such errors promptly.
• Obvious Errors: In the case of a manifest pricing error (for example, an odds-on favourite listed at 100/1 due to a data feed error), 365pkt reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and settle at the correct price or void entirely.

Sport-specific rules for cricket, football, and other events are available in the 365pkt Sports Rules section of the platform. In any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

365pkt's casino section includes RNG-based slots, live dealer table games (Andar Bahar, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, baccarat), virtual sports, and instant-win games. The following rules apply across all casino and game products on 365pkt:

• Game Fairness: All casino game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Virtual sports and RNG casino games use the same certified infrastructure. No 365pkt game is rigged or predetermined in any manner beyond the house edge disclosed in each game's published RTP (Return to Player) percentage.
• Published RTP: The theoretical RTP for all games is disclosed within the game information panel. Actual results for any individual session may vary significantly from the theoretical RTP. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds.
• Disconnection: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will continue to its conclusion on the 365pkt server. Results are logged and your balance will be updated accordingly. If a disconnection causes a technical error that prevents the round from completing, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Malfunction Voids: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the game outcome, the affected round will be voided. 365pkt will investigate and resolve such cases within a reasonable timeframe.

Live dealer games at 365pkt are operated by certified third-party live studio providers. Their studio rules govern the physical dealing and game conduct. 365pkt's Terms govern your account, balance, and payments related to those games.

365pkt is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial necessity or a source of distress. Every 365pkt player has access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a set period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been active on 365pkt for a set period of time.
• Cool-Off Period: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot deposit or place bets, but you can still withdraw any existing balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from 365pkt. Contact support to activate self-exclusion — it takes effect immediately. During self-exclusion, 365pkt will not send marketing communications to you.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 365pkt. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 365pkt account.
• False Identity: Providing false, misleading, or another person's information during registration or verification.
• Underage Play: Attempting to register or play on 365pkt while under the age of 18.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or any other form of systematic abuse.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Depositing funds and subsequently filing payment chargebacks without legitimate grounds. All chargeback claims are investigated and fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and legal action.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using 365pkt accounts in combination with accounts on other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through systematic stake coordination.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with 365pkt games without direct human input.
• Money Laundering: Using 365pkt for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Abusive Behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365pkt support staff or other players via any communication channel.

365pkt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct.

If your account is closed for reasons that are not attributable to a breach of these Terms on your part, 365pkt will return any genuine balance held in your account within a reasonable timeframe after completing any required verification checks.

If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, multiple accounts, or money laundering — 365pkt may withhold some or all of the account balance. In the case of fraudulent chargebacks, 365pkt may pursue recovery of losses through legal means.

You may close your 365pkt account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after the closure is confirmed.

All content on 365pkt — including but not limited to logos, brand names, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and data — is the intellectual property of 365pkt or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 365pkt for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, sell, licence, modify, or create derivative works from any 365pkt content without explicit written permission. Screen-capturing, scraping, or systematically extracting data from 365pkt for any commercial purpose is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365pkt's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player during the calendar month in which the relevant claim arises.

365pkt is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond 365pkt's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Any delay or failure caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures

Nothing in these Terms limits 365pkt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

365pkt collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in the 365pkt Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 365pkt, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

365pkt collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, processing of financial transactions, legal compliance, and (with your consent) marketing communications. 365pkt does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission and stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@365pkt.app.

365pkt may update these Terms at any time. When substantive changes are made, 365pkt will notify registered players through an in-platform notification and/or email to the address on file. The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the most recent revision.
